dhcpcd-4.0.12 is now available.
Fixes include checking poll for POLLERR and POLLNVAL and only opening
raw sockets when we have a link. Many thanks to Michael Olney for
providing patches.

dhcpcd now logs to LOG_DAEMON instead of LOG_LOCAL0.
