dhcpcd-4.0.7 has been released with the following fixes.

1) Fix flapping interface link clearing timer, thanks to Jean Wolter.
2) We now warn correctly if there is not a monotonic clock.
3) Host routes are now correctly added and removed on BSD systems.
4) Subnet routes with metrics have a src address on Linux systems.
